Elisa Girlando (lead vocals & percussion) Elisa began her musical career at a young age, studying theory and Blues vocals, ultimately earning a music degree. She worked professionally with her father, producer Phil Garland, on numerous recording projects. Along with a successful career as a vocal and piano instructor, Elisa is recording her latest CD with band, Out Of Truth, which landed her a deal with HitPlay LLC distributed by Sony-BMG Red Distribution.
Phil Girlando (lead guitar, electric violin, writer, & producer) As a gold record artist and producer, Phil’s accomplishments include: guitarist for the band Truth and solo artist for the album titled, Phil Garland: Dreams of a Boy. With both projects signed to major labels, Phil has continued to have success in the music industry. Phil has produced, written, and performed with some of the world's most respected musicians. He writes and records commercials as well as producing various recording artists.
Brian Moldawsky (bass, blues harp) As one of the band's writers, Brian has a degree from Berklee and has been a performing professionally for 30 years. He founded dance-rock group The Jitterz, which garnered international airplay. Later, he joined Vassar Clements for recording and a national tour. Brian especially enjoys working with his dad, respected Dixieland jazz pianist, Dr. Stan Moldawsky.
Dave Bollard (drums & percussion.) An outstanding jazz musician since high school, Dave joined underground rock legends Maximum America and toured throughout the Northeast. In 2005 he got together with Phil to create the Out Of Truth band.
Barry Rose (lead guitar) Starting with piano, Barry switched to the guitar, after hearing the Beatles. Playing in various local bands, he discovered (Roulette Recording Artists) Truth. The band evolved into Phil Garland, released an album (Dreams of a Boy), toured the US, and recorded many Radio and TV spots. Now, 25 years later, he's collaborating with Phil and Out Of Truth.
Bob Rubestello (keyboards) Bob has been playing keyboard for many years, consistently captivating live audiences. Bob's unique keyboard talent has kept him busy working with some of the most popular names in music, and his soulful Hammond B3 sound sets him apart from the rest.
Candyce Giaquinto (percussion, background vocals, flute, harp, bass) Candyce has been performing professionally since the age of twelve. She began vocal training at ten, and taught herself to play various instruments throughout her career. Songwriter for the bands, Bliss, The Adults and The Suits, Candyce toured China as the featured vocalist and percussionist in an R&B / jazz / reggae band, traveling to Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Music is her passion and, as the newest member of Out Of Truth, she is having a blast.
